Purchasing
Quantities, sizes and colors are limited to stock in the online store. Prices are final on day of purchase. Previous purchases are not eligible for discount. While intermediate markdowns may have been made previously, all reductions are based on original prices.
Xtreme Xile reserves the right to add or remove items from our website, at any time, at our discretion. Product selections offered during promotional periods may differ from product selections offered during non-promotional periods.
By purchasing goods from Xtreme Xile, you agree that the offer and sale of those goods take place in, and will be governed exclusively by the laws of, the State of California. You also agree that any legal or equitable claim against Xtreme Xile arising from or related to your purchase must be brought in the city, state, or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Xtreme Xile uses credit card information for processing the order. For your protection, Xtreme Xile does not store credit card numbers.
Shipping
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS) or FedEx. Due to shippers restrictions we do not ship to PO Boxes. We no longer ship to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, and Guam. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase. Xtreme Xile charges Santa Clara County sales tax for orders shipped to California. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.
International Shipping
We only ship to the United States and Canada for orders processed online. For orders shipped outside of the United States, your order will be shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail. Delivery times vary by destination, most orders should arrive within 21 days of shipment. All payments are made in US Dollars. The order total does not include customs duties or international taxes. The customer is responsible for any non-US taxes or import duties which may be levied by local authorities. Please check your countries import and taxation policies before ordering.

Multiple Shipments
Where a single order results in multiple shipments, the shipping and handling charge only applies to the first package shipped. There are no additional shipping and handling charges for subsequent shipments for the same order.
Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses
All Army Post Office (APO) / Fleet Post Office (FPO) packages will be shipped via United States Postal Service. Expedited shipping is not available for these deliveries. Please allow for additional transit time (usually 4-6 weeks).
Standard Ground Shipping, Continental United States
For Standard Ground shipping (of in-stock items), please allow 5-10 business days from the date the package was shipped. Your package will take 24 business hours to process and ship.
*Standard delivery is unavailable to Alaska and Hawaii.
Rush Shipping
Orders (of in-stock items) placed Monday-Friday, will take 24 business hours to process and ship. Your package will arrive in 2-3 business days from the date your package was shipped.
*We do not ship or deliver on Saturday or Sunday.
*Express delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or an APO/Military address may require additional funds.
*In case of a lost package, please contact us within 30 days of the ship date. Claims submitted after 30 days, will not be accepted.
Next Day Shipping
Orders (of in-stock items) placed Monday-Friday, will take 24 business hours to process and ship. Your package will arrive the next business day, from the date your package was shipped.

Shipping to a Different Address
You may place an order to be shipped to an address other than that of your billing address.
Returns & Exchanges
Xtreme Xile will accept returns within 30 days of purchase as long as the item has not been worn or altered and will issue a refund or exchange if the returned item is accompanied by the proper sales receipt. All original tags and accessories must still be attached. Please pack you item(s) in the original shipping box if possible. Refunds will be paid by credit to the original credit card. If the item is found to have been worn or altered, no refund or exchange will be issued. Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for lost or damage return packages.
